A brief introduction

This may be a sudden question, but have you ever eaten beef cheek meat?

If you ask that question, many people will say, "I've heard of it, but I've never eaten it."

If I hadn't taken this path, I probably wouldn't have been eating it by this age.

It is a rare cut that is typical of those who have heard of it but never tried it.

But, it's delicious!!

I was enchanted by the deliciousness of cheek meat that I first tried during my training period. It's been 20 years since then.

With the sole desire to let everyone experience this deliciousness, he started out by renting space and opening his own restaurant.

He still works with cheek meat every day with the same passion.
